House Leader

Redford Court Lodge, Liverpool
Salary: £9.32 per hour (plus £1.00 per hour enhancement at weekends / bank holidays)

We are currently recruiting to the following position at Redford Court Lodge our new five bed facility which opened in Dec 2006

This role is to act as a house leader ensuring the medication / cash tins / rota cover / handover / programmed activities etc are completed on a daily basis – They are to support a team of support workers and seniors to carry out their duties. To supervise and manage the team throughout the week and in their future development and training. To liaise with the management and clinical team within the main unit to ensure the rehabilitation programmes are adhered to and the requirements are maintained.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with an interest in working with brain injured service users.
